Coal India Limited notifies for 281 posts, tomorrow is the last day

COAL India Limited has invited applications for recruitment at various posts. The interested and eligible candidates can apply by April 4. The state-owned Maharatna PSU has recorded close to a seven percent rise in production at 494 million tonnes (mt) in 2014-15, meeting about 97 per cent of its output target.

Coal India Limited is the single largest coal producing company in the world and is the largest corporate employer in India with around 3.42 lakh employees, contributing around 81 percent of the total coal production in India. CIL operates 471 mines in 21 major coalfields across eight states in India. In 2013-14, the Maharatna PSU produced 471.581 MTs of coal playing a vital role to serve power to the country.
