PESB invites application for IOC chairman’s post

PUBLIC head hunter Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) has invited applications for recruitment to the post for chairman, IOCL. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through the prescribed format on or before August 1, 2016. The current chairman B Ashok’s term will come to an end next year.

The IOCL Group owns and operates 11 of India's 23 refineries with a combined refining capacity of 80.7 MMTPA (million metric tonnes per annum).
In a statement issued by PESB, it is said that the candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university/institute with good academic record and should possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in an organization of repute. Candidate should be employed in regular capacity as officer of a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a full-time, functional Director in the Board of a CPSE)/an officer of the Central Government/ Armed Forces of the Union/An officer of an All India Service.
