The department of revenue got the land measuring 17832 square meters for the purpose of institutional housing to meet the accommodation requirement and guest house cum transit hostel along with community facilities of its officials.

the project designed and construction with quality control. "It was a long pending demand for residential accommodation for the officers. He further announced that the department should explore the possibilities to come up with more projects to cater the demand for accommodation" he added.
Speaking on the occasion of foundation stone laying for the project, CMD of NPCC, Manohar Kumar said the time period for getting the project executed and handed over to the department is before August 2021. The land was initially alloted by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to Central Borad of Direct Taxes, later on it was transferred to Central Board of Indirect Taxes in 1996. He also said that this project will be an iconic and tallest building in Dwarka.
Post independence era necessitated all-around multifarious developmental activities in the country. National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) is a Miniratna construction PSU and was established to create necessary infrastructure for economic development of the country in the core sectors of irrigation and water resources, power and heavy industries. Its administrative control was transferred from Ministry of Irrigation and Power to Ministry Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (earlier named as Ministry of Water Resources) in 1989. The corporation is making profit for the last five years and now has a positive net worth.
NPCC is specialised in township and buildings; public health engineering and environmental projects; surface transport projects; dams/weirs; barrages; canal; industrial structure; hydroelectric projects; thermal power projects; chimney/transmission projects; project management consultancy (PMC) and international projects.
